After Support:
Follow-up search service: $10/week or $20/month
If your lost item is not found during the initial search and you would like us to continue looking,
you can extend the search period with one of our After Support options.
Police Lost and Found Filing service: $15
If your item is still not found after our internal search,
we highly recommend submitting an official Police Lost and Found report in Japan.
  • We will prepare and submit the report on your behalf (written in Japanese only).
  • This improves the chances of recovery through official channels.
* The response time refers to the estimated time it takes for our staff to reach out to you for the initial consultation via phone. The countdown begins once you submit the online Lost Item Description Form and make the required deposit. The form can be accessed through the link.
* You cannot change your selected service plan once you submitted the request form. If we were not able to response within your sleected plan time, it automatically downgrade the plan and will be refind the difference. this also applies to Priority Add-on, which will be refunded only if we could not be able to respond within 3h.
* The follow-up period ends when either the item is found or the selected service period ends.
* If your item is not found, your deposit will be fully refunded (excluding any non-refundable service fees for selected add-ons). Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. All Stripe transaction fees (approximately 5%) are covered by our company, so they do not affect your refund amount.
* In case you find the lost item by youself, make sure to notify the cancelation. if you didnt respond to our text messages or calls or vanished from our communication for more than 7 days, we will process your payment from your deposit.
